Outcome of the Course Completion

The course develops highly-trained technicians with skills ranging across safety, diagnosis and tools. One will work on everything from simple engine systems to power and performance machines as he moves through his training.

  • Apply safety precautions during working and housekeeping.
  • Selection and usage of hand tools, measuring tools, workshop tools, safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out Preventive and breakdown maintenance of vehicle.
  • Diagnose and service the engine system, Transmission system, suspension system, brake system, Electrical system and Chassis.
  • Usage of advanced diagnostic tools and garage equipment.
  • Sketch out technical drawings(electrical, mechanical and hydraulics).
  • Will be able to attend different types of Interviews with confidence.
  • Will be able to maintain proper body language and dress code in official occasions.
  • Will be able to understand and read the languages like English, Arabic and Hindi.



Job Description for Technician

Each Automotive Technician will be properly licensed and will have the necessary expertise to provide customers with optimum service.

  • Perform the job within the given time as per quality standards and work schedule.
  • Ensure the understanding and practise of 5S
  • Conduct routine and non-routine Inspection for purchased items, assessment of vehicle fitness before and after service, safety, and post-accident diagnostics.
  • Confirm the list of nature of service, repair and replacement requirements in consultation with higher authorities like supervisor, section in charge or Manager.
  • Reporting accidents and damages to personals, vehicle’s, work area/place, tools and equipment’s.
  • Managing and using time and other resources like men, tools and equipment’s effectively and carefully.
  • Diagnose, repair and adjust the carburettor, fuel injection, and other parts of the automotive fuel system.
  • Diagnose and repair problems involving power and fuel economy.
  • Repair and replace of components like cylinder block, cylinder head, piston liner, piston crank shaft, Camshaft, connecting rod, fly wheel, fuel system, exhaust system, steering system and various lubrication systems connected to the engine.
  • Refill correct grade of coolants, lubricants, engine oil and other fluids in the engine aggregates as OEM guidelines.
  • Repair internal combustion engines according to manufacturer’s specifications using appropriate equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
